Zero-residue design and 3A standard of HIFLEX food joints:

HIFLEX rubber, teflon, silicone hose joints are recommended for high-grade sterile quality requirements with 316L stainless steel fittings according to SMS 3008, DIN 32676-C tri-clamp connection standards; union coupling SMS 1145, DIN 11851, DIN 11864… Hung Vuong Intech's food joints are designed according non retention zone which ensures that the pipes are equipped with metal joints at both ends to meet the most stringent requirements in the food, pharmaceutical, cosmetic and chemical markets, since all areas that can be contaminated between the joint of the pipe and the joint are eliminated by placing them at the same level.

With the non retention zone pipe joint design, it is possible to avoid extremely small differences in diameter between the metal joint and the hose, ensuring a continuous flow of products without internal disturbance, thereby saving time by allowing cleaning in place (CIP, SIP) without disassembly. Therefore, the pipe products have a high level of zero-residue inside the HIFLEX silicone, rubber, teflon hoses, making them safer to use.

Furthermore, HIFLEX couplings are certified according to Hygienic Standard 3A 62-02, have a maximum internal surface roughness of 0.8 microns and can be polished up to 0.35 µm upon request. All couplings are manufactured from a single piece of material, without welding, the 45°, 90° fittings are fastened by orbital welding.
